Join us for a gentle yet powerful experience designed to reset your energy, calm the mind, and expand your intuitive field. Through breath, movement, mantra, and sound healing, we’ll work with the subtle body to dissolve tension, untangle blocked emotion, and open space for clarity and renewal.

Together we will move through a meditation known to transform stored feelings into spaciousness and inner strength. The session closes with a restorative sound bath to anchor your nervous system and soothe your entire being.
